When a Reservation Becomes Effective

Your reservation is completed at the moment the reservation completion notice is displayed on the screen.

Payment Methods

Payment methods vary by accommodation plan. Please refer to each plan’s details page.

— For advance payment by credit card: Payment is made by credit card at the time the online reservation is completed.

Notice for Prepaid Reservations

After a reservation is completed, we will notify you by email of the following:

  • Whether your application is accepted: Acceptance is deemed to occur at the time the reservation is completed.
  • Name, address, and telephone number of the service provider: Company details are stated at the beginning of this section.
  • Amount of money received: Stated as the amount received.
  • Date on which the money was received: Stated as the payment completion date.
  • Type of service applied for: The accommodation plan name will be stated.
  • Service provision period: The scheduled stay date(s) will be stated.
